The title ..

The Fiqqah basic rules that Imam Ibn Hazm mentioned in his book : "Al.Mohalla . Starting from the book of purity to the end of the book of fighting .

The subject of it and the purpose :

It attend to showing up the Imam Ibn Hazm 's way of thinking and his effort in the field of fiqqah rules . These are shown by concluding the rules he wrote in his books explaining them , showing up their meanings and examples and what accompanied them of questions and remarks . finally by referring to some of branches and exceptions of there were same.

The work includes a preface , two chapters and conclusion .

The preface presents an idea about the search , its importance , the reason for choosing it , its outline and the scholar's strategy and some of the difficulties he faced .

The first chapter consists of four main parts .

The first , the personal life of Imam Ibn Hazm .
The second is an idea about his book " Al Mohalla " Sharh Al Majala" .
The third : a brief study of the fiqqah rules as a whole .
The fourth : the student's discussion of Ibn Hazm's method in fiqqah rules in an intensive way .

The second chapter it shows the outcome fiqqah rules of " Al Mohalla " from the book of purity to the book of fighting . It consists of thirty six rules . the scholar groups . these are six about attention . thirteen about the suppleness of Islamic rules . Seven about the steadiness ( not changeable ) .

Five about " probability " three deals with justice fair . four are about money and the final eight are about various matters .

The conclusion :

It shows up the result of the research , some recommendations and some suggestions .
